ECD Center Construction at Shree Bhawari Devi Basic School, Udayapur.
SWAN completed and handed over the Early Childhood Development Center (kindergarten) of Shree Bhawari Devi Basic School in Katari Municipality, Udayapur on October 5, 2024 amid a function at the school premises. The event saw the participation of over 100 people, including the Mayor, Vice Mayor, Ward Chair, local leaders, school management committee, parents, teachers, students, and locals. The newly built kindergarten features two spacious rooms, constructed in accordance with the Nepal government’s school building code.
The kindergarten of the school was completed with the co-funding of SWAN, SWAN Deutschland e.V., STORM; a German partner company and the Katari Municipality. The kindergarten was named a KIKI-JANNE KINDERGARTEN in honor of Janne, loving daughter of our donor Mr. Bernard Storm of Germany.
